Initial Visits FOR NEW MEMBERS
Initial Medicine Consultation:
Initial Medical Consultation:
75-90 minutes plus a short follow-up phone appointment one week later.
The Initial Medicine Consultation may be booked as an in-person or online visit.
Cost $585
A comprehensive medical consultation appropriate for those with complex medical problems who desire an in-depth, individualized assessment. We start by looking at your medical history, labs, biography, lifestyle and previous treatments tried.
What to Expect:
- An in-depth medical, lifestyle, and biographical history intake.
- Compassionate witnessing and listening
- A personalized healing plan which may include:
- Recommended nutritional changes
- Lifestyle modifications
- Anthroposophic remedies
- Topical treatments
- Compresses
- Medical-grade supplements
- Stress management
- Laboratory tests
- Short 5-10 minute follow-up phone appointment 1-2 weeks later.
- Recommendations for a follow-up appointment schedule.
- An open exchange between doctor and patient—you will have the time and space to have all your questions answered.
Wellness visit:
45-50 minute office visit
Cost $395
A much shorter initial visit for those with no chronic conditions. This visit will include a history and physical exam.
What to Expect:
- One-on-one time with Dr. Daci
- Assessment of your medical issue
- The time and space to have your questions answered
- Recommendations including anthroposophical remedies, lifestyle changes, topical treatments, compresses
Pediatric Constitutional Assessment
3 separate 30 minutes visits.
Initial visit can be in-person or online visit.
Cost $585 for all 3 visits
Assessment for children with behavioral difficulties or learning disabilities, such as attention deficit disorders, sensory integration issues and/or autism spectrum disorders.
What to Expect:
- First initial visit with parents online or on the phone for extensive medical, lifestyle and biographical history.
- Second visit in-person for an evaluation of the child that includes a physical exam and movement observation
- Third visit for meeting with the parents to discuss assessment and recommendations.
- Recommendations may include anthroposophic remedies, lifestyle suggestions, parenting support, medical-grade supplements, and movement recommendations.
Vitamin Injections
We provide patients access to additional health support with injectable vitamins, minerals, supplements, and remedies. These supplements are administered based on individual needs and can provide increased energy and immune system strengthening; they can help alleviate pain or boost your metabolism.
Established Patients
Follow up medicine consultations
30 minutes and 50 minutes appointments available.
Cost for 30 minutes $240
Cost for 50 minutes $350
What to Expect:
- A progress-check of your healing plan
- Review and interpretation of your lab work if available
- Enhancements or adjustments made to your healing plan (based on lab work, progress, symptoms, etc.) as-needed
- The time and space to be witnessed and have your questions answered
- In-person visits include physical exam and hands-on healing if indicated
