I attended the "First Friday" clinic and it was wonderful. Eira was very kind and nurturing for the compress and Rhythmical Embrocation. The Nurturing Arts with Mary was delightful and also nurturing. Eurythmy with Skeydrit was enlivening and very relaxing at the end with the rest accompanied by lyre music.
